Hanover Foursquare Church and Jesus Lord of All Nation (Hispanic Congregation) gathered together!

District Supervisor, Virginia Gonzalez,  from the Hispanic Churches in the Northeast Atlantic Foursquare Division spoke.

As believers in Christ we have a common enemy, but we have the same Father!  It doesn’t matter the color of our skin, the language we speak or our nationality.  We are  family through Christ Jesus!

People are still waiting to hear about Jesus. The one who will repair their lives.  Fix their broken hearts.  Jesus had a mission and a purpose.   Jesus taught us how to follow, pick up our cross, lay down our opinions and realize it is not about us as an individual and that we are living for something a lot bigger than ourselves.

The church has been indoctrinated by the world.  In 1960 there were all kinds of protests from different groups of people.  Today we have the same thing happening.  Each group is fighting for their own rights!  The church has picked up the world’s view.  The church (God’s people) have become divisive.  The media is teaching us to hate each other.

This is not Jesus message.  Jesus message is unity and love.  When we come together it is about worshiping Jesus.  Not style, culture or décor.

1 Peter 5:10May the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

You will not be in a state of suffering forever.  There will come perfection (maturity).  The maturity is in your relationship as a son/daughter of God.  He will establish you, strengthen you and settle you.  When you come to this place of giving up your rights and taking on His. Letting go of always needing to know why?  Peace can grow and you will become settled.   Your Savior will be the same no matter where you are or what is going on.  He is the same in your life no matter what!  You have made the decision I will serve in the Kingdom of God.  I may pass through some trials but it is not about the trial or things.  It is about Jesus, His peace that He gives to us.  Peace with the Father and eternal life.  The willingness to lose your own life to gain true life. When we die to ourselves we will see the glory of God!

Our calling is to make disciples – over taking everyone that comes in our path.  No matter who they are, what they look like, or the language they speak.  In our maturity in Christ we lose prejudice and gain LOVE for all.

Believers in Christ Jesus, you are ONE as the body of Christ.  You have the same Father.

You are greatly “LOVED”!
